MAILBOOK Pricing

MAILBOOK is priced as follows:

  1. Perpetual License
    1. One Time License Fee

      Provides a license to use the product on a single system identified in the license agreement.

      • Full version $6,000 US

        This version of the product includes all executable code, documentation, and help files, plus the commented source of all modules. Includes one full year of free Maintenance.

      • Basic version $5,000 US

        This version of the product includes only the executable code, documentation, and help files. Includes one full year of free Maintenance.

    2. Maintenance

      Provides maintenance and enhancements, including the rights to any updated or new version of the code.

      • Full version $1,500 US

        This version provides new executable code, documentation, and help files as they are made available, plus the commented source of all new or updated modules. For modules maintained via source updates, the individual updates will be supplied. Only available to customers with the Full version of the product.

      • Basic version $1,000 US

        This version provides new executable code, documentation, and help files as they are made available. The executable code is uncommented and will be in a compressed format. Only available to customers with the Basic version of the product.

    3. Multisystem Discount

      A discount of 20% is available for sites licensing more than one system at a single location. The discount applies to the Perpetual license fees only. No discount is available for the Maintenance Fee.

    4. Educational Discount

      A discount of 20% is available for educational institutions on the Perpetual License fees only. No discount is available for the Maintenance Fee.

  2. Annual Per User License

    2. Maintenance
