Sine Nomine Announces an OpenAFS Department Blog

The AFS Department at Sine Nomine Associates has created a blog to announce patches and new downloads, and to discuss other issues of interest to the OpenAFS community. Thanks goes out to Mike Meffie for his preliminary work on creation of the blog.
